From our passion for blacksmithing and knifemaking, in 2018 the idea of sharing knowledge about this vanishing profession and organizing bladesmithing classes for everyone who wants to learn about this craft arose. To meet the expectations of customers, we invite you to participate in weekend bladesmithing class.
Our class is a one-of-a-kind adventure for everyone who appreciates craftsmanship, good fun and active leisure. We will take you in our Forest Forge into the world of steel, fire and knowledge of blacksmithing, where you will make a one-of-a-kind tool with your own hands. The offer is addressed to people without experience, as well as those who have already started their adventure with blacksmithing and knifemaking and want to develop their skills.
We offer you our knowledge, many years of experience, help, tools and machines during the knife forging course and more.
During the bladesmithing class, you can make a knife according to your own idea, and the program includes the presentation and use of tools, familiarization with various forging techniques, steel grades and materials for knives finishing. You will learn practically all stages of knife making and their finishing under our supervision and with our help.
Take with you work clothes, good mood and enthusiasm - we will take care of the rest for you.

Over the years, dozens of people have trusted us, new friendships have been made among the students, and some of them visit us regularly because the atmosphere of our Forest Forge is one of a kind.
Workshop program:
Saturday
Start, 9:00 am
Familiarization with forge equipment and tools, presentation, hand forging, machine forging, shaping, grinding and preparation for heat treatment. A hot meal and drinks during the day. In addition, a whole lot of knowledge about steel, cold weapon and the history of blacksmithing. The day ends with hardening and tempering the tools prepared by the students, as well as a "laziness" and relaxation after hard work.

Breakfast at the hotel.

Knife finishing - cleaning, grinding and surface finishing, hilting, sharpening, end of the class.
We offer advice, help and assistance to everyone and everyone leaves the Forge with a finished knife.
